Last updated October 4, 2026. Saberton LLC, 14028 NE Bel Red Rd #100, Bellevue, WA 98007. Contact support@courtxide.ai.
This separate notice explains how our report service handles linked sports-performance data, including where it is treated as consumer health data under Washington law. We do not diagnose health conditions or infer fitness or health status from your scores.
Categories and sources
We receive your name and email from you. With your choice to save reports and confirm a kiosk visit, we receive practice mode, session date and duration, club, recorded shot outcomes, estimated speed and landing placement from COURTXIDE’s game software. These performance records can be linked to your account. The report service does not receive camera footage, biometric identity templates, medical records, or precise phone location.
Purpose and providers
We use these records to provide the reports and history you request, support the service, and honor your choices. Hostinger and our configured email service process data needed to host the dashboard and authenticate access. We do not sell this information or make it available to advertisers. We do not automatically share your performance history with the club, a coach or other players. We have no affiliates receiving this data for their independent use in this release.
Your control
The choice to save practice data is separate from marketing and from accepting general terms. You can withdraw permission for future report collection in Preferences and continue playing without saved reports. You may access and download your records, ask for correction, or request deletion. Contact support even if you cannot sign in or do not have an account. We verify requests proportionately and do not require creation of a new account to make a request.
We handle covered rights requests within 45 days of receipt unless a legally permitted extension applies and we notify you. Deletion includes notifying relevant processors and handling backup copies within the legally allowed period of up to six months after authentication. If a request is refused, we provide reasons and an appeal route at support@courtxide.ai. A denied appeal may be raised with the Washington Attorney General. Your use of these rights does not require marketing consent.
See the Privacy Notice for retention, safeguards and general handling. Different uses or sharing of covered information require appropriate notice and consent before they occur.
