YOUR DATA. YOUR CHOICE.

Your privacy at COURTXIDE

Last updated October 4, 2026. This notice covers the optional COURTXIDE player-report service operated by Saberton LLC, 14028 NE Bel Red Rd #100, Bellevue, WA 98007. Contact support@courtxide.ai.

Your account is optional

You can play at the kiosk without registering. Personal report accounts are available only to adults aged 18 or over. Do not submit a child’s name or email to create an account. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted.

What we collect and why

When you register, we collect your name, email, age-eligibility affirmation, and your consent choices. We use a code sent to your email to verify access. We store authentication sessions, consent version and time, and short-lived security controls to operate and protect the service.

After you scan a kiosk QR and confirm the pairing, we receive linked visit dates, club and session details, practice modes, recorded shot outcomes, estimated landing coordinates and estimated speeds. We use these to show your private reports and practice history. This reporting service does not upload camera images, camera video, audio, facial templates, or raw camera recordings. The club’s separate camera operation and local records are not changed by creating an account.

Who receives information

Saberton LLC uses Hostinger for hosting, database storage and configured service email. These providers process information to operate the requested service. Hosting and email delivery can involve processing outside your state or country. Authorized support personnel may access data when necessary to support you or respond to privacy requests. Your club and coach do not receive dashboard access automatically. We do not sell player information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use advertising trackers in this portal.

Email choices

Sign-in codes and requested service messages are separate from optional news and offers. Marketing consent starts unchecked. You can change it in Preferences, use the unsubscribe mechanism in a marketing message, or contact support. Refusing marketing does not affect your report access. This first release records preferences; it does not send marketing campaigns automatically.

Cookies and security

We use an essential, first-party sign-in cookie. No advertising or analytics cookies are required. Access requires email verification. We use HTTPS, access checks, expiry and rate limits. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share your sign-in code or leave your dashboard open on a shared phone.

Retention and deletion

Linked practice reports are kept for up to 24 months to show your progress, unless you request earlier deletion. Unused sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes; expired temporary authentication and rate-limit records are cleared within 24 hours. Sign-in sessions expire after seven days. Account details and consent records remain while your account is active and as needed to address your requests and meet applicable obligations. Backups must not be used to restore data that has been deleted at your request.

Your choices and requests

Download your available history from the dashboard. Turn off future report collection or marketing in Preferences. Submit a correction or deletion request in Preferences, or email support without creating an account. Deletion requests immediately stop future linked report collection and marketing; support then handles removal from the service, linked devices and providers, including backups. We may verify your identity before disclosing or deleting records.

For rights covered by Washington’s My Health My Data Act, we respond without undue delay and within 45 days of receipt, subject to extensions permitted by law with notice. If we deny a request, we explain why and how to appeal. Send an appeal to support@courtxide.ai with “Privacy appeal”; if denied, you may contact the Washington Attorney General. Applicable backup deletion will be completed within the statutory period, which may be up to six months after authentication.

See our separate Practice Data Privacy Notice. If another applicable state law gives you additional rights, contact us to exercise them. We do not require you to waive non-waivable legal rights.

Changes

We will publish an updated notice when practices change. We will obtain new consent before using covered data for a new purpose where required. Material new data collection is not authorized merely by updating this page.
