Player report terms

Last updated October 4, 2026. These terms cover the COURTXIDE player-report service provided by Saberton LLC, 14028 NE Bel Red Rd #100, Bellevue, WA 98007. Questions: support@courtxide.ai.

Who can use an account

You must be at least 18 years old to create a personal account in this release. Use your own email, keep sign-in codes private, and confirm only your own visit on the kiosk. Do not create an account for a child or attach another person’s practice to your account. Playing without an account remains available.

What the service provides

The service offers private reports and recent practice history for sessions you choose to link. The club manages bookings, access, fees, supervision and its own policies. A 30- or 60-minute report visit is an organizational choice and does not book a court or change your club’s purchase.

Understand the estimates

Shot placement, speed, in/out/net calls and any experimental metrics are estimates. Cameras can miss shots and results may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Reports show recorded shots rather than a guaranteed count of every ball fed. Use the information as practice guidance, not an official line call, medical assessment or guarantee of performance.

Play safely

Follow the club’s instructions, supervision and ball-machine safety rules. The reporting service does not control or replace those procedures. Stop playing if conditions are unsafe. These terms do not replace the club’s participation agreement or create a blanket injury waiver.

Respect the service

Do not access other players’ reports, share sign-in codes, interfere with equipment or security, upload malicious content, or submit misleading identity information. We may restrict access reasonably to investigate abuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law.

Your information

Our Privacy Notice and Practice Data Privacy Notice explain collection and your choices. Marketing permission is optional and separate. Accepting these terms alone does not give consent to unrelated health-data processing, sale, advertising or marketing.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep reports available, but maintenance, connectivity and equipment problems can interrupt the service. Download records you want to keep. We may improve or change features and will notify users of material changes as appropriate. We will not retroactively use a terms change to remove rights you have under applicable law.

Applicable law and contact

Washington law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer protections apply. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@courtxide.ai to discuss a service issue or privacy request. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
